Born in El Paso, Texas. Andres graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in International Business and Real Estate.
While at UT Austin, Andres worked as a leasing agent and was able to sell his first ever condo for a staggering $1.1 million! During his 4 years as a leasing agent Andres gained invaluable experience in dealing with tenants, property management, and negotiating. After graduation Andres joined the Nino Team and has been working as a full time sales agent ever since.
Andres owns 3 rental properties and is planning on expanding his portfolio into an apartment syndication.
Andres has lived in France for 2 years and speaks fluent French, English and Spanish. During
his off time Andres enjoys playing Soccer at Zilker, going to the gym, exploring Austin and watching sports.
